The newest 35 lots that Sullivan Homes is developing are just west of the established neighborhood of Huntington Park in the heart of the city.

The addition of these lots will bring the total number of homesites in Huntington Park to 499, and will be the final phase of the neighborhood. Almost half of the new lots are walkouts backing up to six acres park with a fountain and a nature trail that will connect to an existing jogging path running through the entire neighborhood – winding around the community playground and tennis court.

Huntington Park V is located in the Omaha Public School District.

Single family lots start at $79,000 with homes projected to start in the upper $400,000’s. Villa lots start at $55,000 with homes projected to start in the mid $300,000’s.
